I had the daunting prospect of having to file for divorce, I really didn’t know what to do where to start etc, totally out of my depth but after a long year of 2024 its finally coming to an end.

I went with Slater Heelis solicitors an was introduced to Phil Joy who from the start explained the whole process, his help and knowledge on the process was really helpful and was in contact and updates regularly over the year. I would not hesitate in recommending Phil to anyone that needs help an advice for divorce matters.

Representation for an Employment Tribunal

My involvement with Slater Heelis started after they acquired Townsneedham, where I’d been working with Alex Barley for several years as a union representative. Under the new management I was eventually assigned Helen Harradine to represent me personally in an Employment Tribunal and I could not have asked for better.
From the very start Helen was professional, engaging and patient. Her ability to translate the process and legal ‘speak’ into language that I could understand was admirable. She was always quick to respond when questions arose with clear and concise answers.
Her orderly and detailed approach to the case, with a constant eye on the available finances, ensured the process remained on schedule and within budget.
Thinking creatively Helen saw an opportunity that hadn’t been considered previously and suggested we explore it. Helens intuitive approach ultimately resulted in a settlement.
She often worked well past her normal hours and on several occasions came in to work on her days off, rearranging child care, to be there for me. I am quite sure without Helens professionalism, dedication and tenacity I would not have got the settlement I received.
Helen is utterly professional, diligent, hardworking and very approachable.
I have been so impressed with Helens work that I have recommend her, through Slater Heelis, to others.
Thank you very much Helen.

Alex, is nothing short of extraordinary. She has been a constant source of strength, offering empathy and support.

She is professional, knowledgeable and reliable, in the event I could not reach her she would return calls promptly.

I can’t recommend Alex Goldrien and Slater Heelis highly enough.

Excellent service

Me and my mate both hired solicitors from this firm and they both have been excellent. Rachel Mason has provided a very good service. She’s a very good solicitor, very intelligent and knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend her. Honestly, I feel relieved after the outcome and she handled everything very professionally. You can really be open about everything and she will understand your situation and help you.

Absolutely flawless!

I owe Chloe a debt no amount of money could quite cover! That said, Chloe went above and beyond what her very worthy fees entailed.
Her commitment, dedication, patience and knowledge are outstanding.

Chloe was so empathic and understanding, guiding us through a very turbulent family law case.
She was always just a phone call, or a message away - not only ready to navigate us through the most confusing, emotional and stressful experience of our lives to date, but to understand, listen and reassure. There were many a tear and frustration filled conversation (that I’m not quite sure her role required) but honestly, I am forever grateful.

I’d recommend her services and that of Slater Heelis to anyone.
Thank you Chloe and the team for giving us our lives back. Faultless service!

Exceptional Support and Expertise – Jodi is highly recommended

I cannot recommend Jodi highly enough. She was friendly, approachable, and supportive throughout the process. Her advice was clear and practical, and she demonstrated genuine care for my situation. Jodi is professional and responsive and took the time I needed to understand what we needed to do in a very tight timeline. Her expertise and support gave me confidence during what was a very stressful time. I would recommend (and will be recommending) Jodi to anyone unfortunate enough to need legal expertise through their divorce. Thanks Jodi!

I would like to express my gratitude to solicitor Amy Price for the professional advice and guidance she provided during my divorce case. She was incredibly efficient, compassionate, and always responded with remarkable speed. Before I met Amy, I had dealt with other solicitors from different firms who were not as helpful, and I ended up wasting quite a bit of money. That experience made me realize how fortunate I was to find Amy and how efficient she is. Now that my case has finally come to a conclusion, I especially want to thank her for the hard work and dedication she put into it.

I was helped very recently by Daniel Stern, he was brilliant and got me the result I was looking for. He is exceptionally knowledgeable but also listened to my concerns and tried to mitigate them with the advice he gave. He's very accessible and responsive to calls and emails. I would most definitely use him again and certainly recommend him. Thank you.

Extremely poor service! I received legal advice from a solicitor at this firm and paid a substantial fee. At the end, I was referred to her colleague to provide the same information I had received initially and I had to pay the same fee again. I would recommend staying away from these guys.
