I recently engaged Hannah Costley after being asked to attend a voluntary police interview. Having never been in trouble of any kind before I was incredibly distressed, Hannah recognised this and was proactive in immediately making contact with the police and taking as much of the stress away as she could. Hannah was understanding, compassionate and most importantly she listened to me. Her advice was broken down in a clear and concise way so that I had a clear understanding of next steps and she kept me fully up to date with where things were upto. Thankfully and no doubt thanks to Hannah's representations the matter was closed hours after my interview however Hannah continued to advocate for me after the fact when the police tried to impose unfair conditions. When already in a very distressing situation it can feel even more overwhelming having to reach out to a legal representative for help for fear of being judged however I can assure anyone finding themselves in a similar situation to the one I was in, after just the first few minutes of speaking with Hannah you will feel completely supported and the burden will feel less! I can't thank you or recommend you enough Hannah!

Terrible experience with RSPCA
I contacted Hannah after using a solicitor that wasn't helpful at all. Hannah helped me from day one. She is caring, compassionate, honest and was just amazing. She defended me throughout an unjust prosecution and finally got them to drop the charges before it went to trial. I wish I could give six stars as she's worth her weight in gold. Highly recommended from me!

After spending a night in custody I was so grateful to see Hannah. She supported me through my interview, gave me excellent advise and helped with all the problems I had a long the way until finally the investigation was dropped with no further action. Hannah even managed to get my bail conditions eased.
I am so grateful for Hannahs care, support and advise.

Help with Traffic Offence
Hannah offered excellent advice for a road traffic offence for which I was facing a hefty fine. She wrote a mitigating statement for the Court upon submitting my plea and managed to get my fine substantially reduced. Her client care is second to non and I would certainly recommend her to anyone with a similar problem.

Overcoming University to achieve a lifelong dream
2 years ago my life was turned upside down when an accusation from out the blue came to light which put my future career as a doctor in jeopardy. Due to the seriousness of the situation, we went out in search of someone who would be able to support and defend me in this battle. My sister found Hannah online. Since then we have worked together in this long fought battle navigating through interviews, appeals and hearings in order to keep my dream of practicing alive. Despite having some setbacks along the way, Hannah has provided me with excellent advice, worked with me each and every step of the way, helping me prepare documents, references and prepare for big hearing days. She also provided me with access to excellent baristas who represented me during the course of this case. I would highly recommend Hannah for any kind of legal work, as she is very honest, personable and great person to work with. Communication has been really good and i really appreciate all the support she has given throughout this journey. Due to our work together i am now one step closer to fulfilling a lifelong dream of mine.

Couldn't have asked for more
I never imagined we'd be in a situation where we would have to face a police arrest. For anyone who has been through it will tell you it's the most terrifying experience. It has a huge impact on your life, your family's life and is going into the unknown. Hannah acted for us immediately. She not only helped me understand exactly what was going to happen and what to expect but made me feel I could talk to her without judgement. That first conversation gave me confidence that Hannah was the right person to help us through. She is knowledgeable, caring and a constant support. Any questions were answered immediately. Any concerns she took our call and after every call and meeting I came away feeling supported and reassured.

Glowing recommendation for dealing with a sensitive matter

Fantastic from start to finish
Hannah really picked me up and helped me when I needed it the most. I felt like I was getting no where with my current firm. Hannah is so very clear and thorough when she explains things. She is honest, helpful, efficient and fair.
Hanna also went above and beyond to assist me, she would always call when she said she would and email/text back very prompt. Her experience shows as the advice she gave has really helped me positively.

All allegations and charges dropped thanks to Hannah.
Hannah has recently dealt with a number of criminal allegations that were thrown at me during complex family court preceedings. Hannah did a lot of work behind the scenes speaking to various departments on my behalf and being stern and proper with the Police. Hannah advised me throughout the process about what will most likely happen and the best way to deal with it. This helped my MH and assured me she will do her best. In the end I had all allegations and charges dropped against me with no further action. Very reasonable costs and I know exactly where to go if I need help again in the future.
