Professional and excellent.
After 5 months of stress and worry plus 3 hours in court finally the truth is established.
The team effort prior to the court appearance was fantastic, great communication and always helping and guiding us to remain positive at all times even when the outlook was quite negative.
The barrister and her assistance where fantastic on the day and despite us heaping the praise on them after the verdict they were very humble in saying all the prep was done by Rachel, Hannah and the team they only had to ask the questions, shows what a professional practise Slater Heelis are.

Glad you were in my corner
Lady Justice is meant to be impartial. She is not. She fails miserably daily.
Having found myself being dragged through the law courts by Norfolk Constabulary and their crooked Police Constables, I needed expert representation.
Slater Heelis Solicitors were highly recommended. Which is where I met Rachel Fletcher.
Rachel was not only the light at the end of a very dark tunnel, but she also brought with her a bonfire, burning fiercely with such a sense for justice and integrity.

The only grown up in the room!
Rachel was the only grown up in the room during the worst 12 months of our lives. Totally non judgmental with sound, clear advice and a massive dose of common sense. Best Criminal Lawyer Ever...Caring, Compassionate and Highly Effective
Rachel is quite simply excellent at what she does. I have worked with lawyers for 20 years and Rachel is as good as they come. She is caring, compassionate and a consummate professional. I found myself in a very strange and bizarre situation with a heinous allegation made against me. I spent 2 days on the phone trying to find the right lawyer to help me through this very traumatic ordeal and seems I found the best one there is. I could not have asked for better counsel, Rachel put me at ease immediately, always kept me informed and fought my corner as you want a lawyer to. Team Rachel- Absolutely brilliant - Professional and compassionate
'Team Rachel' - had empathy for me and listened to me with compassion as well as maintaining a professional approach. The last 9 months have been the worst ever but ' Team Rachel ' were always available when support was needed.
