Exceptional Legal Guidance and Support
I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding support and expertise provided by Vicki McLynn. Vicki's dedication and knowledge were evident throughout my case, and her strategic guidance was instumental in acheiving a successful outcome. I want to comment Vicki for her exceptional guidance during a challanging moment in my case.There was a point during my Financial Court proceedings where I became emotional and considered halting the proceedings. Excellent
I would definitely recommend this company, and in particular Vicky McLynn who I dealt with over a long period of time whilst considering whether to proceed with my divorce proceedings. Vicky offered me very realistic and practical advice without being pushy at all. Whilst ultimately my ex husband and I used an alternative service without separate lawyers, Vicki was still on hand to offer me advice and assurance at a reasonable cost.

Friendly but professional
Vicky and her team were extremely helpful, professional yet still very pleasant to deal with. They were recommended to me and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not the cheapest but well worth it and saved me a fortune in the long term.

Divorce Proceedings - Finances & Custody
Divorce Proceedings - During a very difficult period where my ex partner was throwing around a lot of accusations Vicki always advised me to stay calm and replied to numerous baseless allegations in a very composed and cleverly worded manner and when harsher words were needed she would respond appropriately. During some extreme events Vicki got other solicitors in her company to advise where necessary and I felt I could count on the whole team @ Slater Heelis.
The advice and course of actions we took worked exactly like Vicki had advised, I was expecting a legal battle of at least 2 years but in less than 1 year we have wrapped up Custody and Finance agreements and I look forward now to the future.
Vicki was always efficient and timely when needed especially at the end when I needed quick turnaround on agreements between myself and my Ex as goalposts would constantly get moved. I was not always the easiest client and Vicki and her team always made sure I kept going forward.
Can't thank Vicki enough!

Divorce
I have recently finalised my divorce. Vicki McLynn guided the process. Vicki was efficient, budget aware and continiously checked my opinion whilst offering good and realistic advice. We rapidly offered a settlement but after considerable further negotiations she achieved an amicable result. My divorce was complicated including assets in three countries and children living abroad. Vicki sailed through the problems and made it look reassuring easy! I would fully recommend Vicki to anyone about to go through the emotionally distressing divorce process. Thank you Vicki!

Family proceedings
Vicki and her team have given me clear and consistent advice all the way through my child proceedings case. She is empathetic to the situation but still calm and robust in her approach. She’s highly knowledgeable in her field and gives clear advice that’s easy to understand, which is needed as child proceedings can be highly stressful, but with Vickis approach I felt supported all the way through my case.

Highly recommended for family matters
Vicki and all her team at Slater Heelis have been absolutely brilliant. I had a very difficult situation where my children had been relocated without my consent. My previous solicitor gave bad advice and let me down, but Vicki stepped in and managed to secure the immediate return of the children. Since then she has dealt with everything brilliantly, giving good advice and was always available when needed. I would highly recommend Vicki and Slater Heelis for any family matters.
