Exemplary Service
I would like to pass on my heartfelt thanks to Dan and Slater Heelis. The legal advice and support was of the utmost integrity and delivered in a professional manner from start to finish. Lines of communication were clear and open throughout. The advice given was clear and concise with explanations at each juncture keeping me abreast of my legal rights and choices to move forward. Excellent Service

Land boundary issue
Our club found itself in rather difficult boundary issue with neighbours as the result of a third party wishing to establish their rights under an existing lease agreement. This was potentially embarrassing situation for our club as we have enjoyed good relationship with neighbours. Throughout these proceedings we were advised by Dan Leone who helped us reach a sensible solution. Excellent and sensible services.
