Emphatic and professional
I contacted Rachael at a limited time to assist make a representation. She listened carefully over the phone while I explained everything and accepted to make representation for me over a work place allegation. We only met once in person however she kept constant communication throughout the process and the outcome was positive post-representation.
I recommend her for her empathy and professionalism while handling the case.

DBS
I have never used a solicitor before and I was very wary of who I should use and if it would cost me a fortune. I have to say I was more than impressed from the service that I received from Rachel. It was a very sensitive issue and she showed empathy and support throughout keeping me fully informed every step of the journey. She showed no judgement and made me feel at ease throughout. Every time I contacted her it was never too much trouble to speak to me and show empathy. The cost was more than value for money especially when other solicitors were charging ridiculous prices for a service. I would 100% recommend Rachel and SlaterHeelis. Can’t recommend enough.
Efficient, extremely knowledgeable, very supportive and approachable. I can’t recommend Rachel enough. She has the human touch and very detailed. Life can be incredibly unfair and I am so glad Rachel was able to support me through the horrible process. It feels she is by your side throughout and you are definitely not a number. Very professional with empathy and understanding.

Driving Offences
Couldn’t recommend this firm enough. Made contact with very short notice for a court date and they couldn’t do enough for me. Clear communication throughout and got me the best barrister and the best outcome I could ask for in difficult circumstances. Highly recommend and price was very good compared to other firms I had spoke to charging 3x the price.

Very professional and genuinely cared about my case
I spoke to Rachel in relation to a criminal matter that I had been arrested for. I had never been in this situation before and found it extremely distressing. Rachel dealt with my case without judgement and was very helpful, reassuring and professional throughout. She took over all communication with the police which took a lot of the stress out of the situation. This resulted in no charge being made and the matter being dropped by the police with no further action.
I cant recommend Rachel highly enough.
