after my recent run in with the police i felt duty solicitor didnt really care too much about my case so i opted for forbes, in which ii was allocated Mr. Scully. all i can say is WOW this man really cares about his clients he kept in constant contact with me throughout my proceedings and even out of hours which he is not obligated to do but did anyway because he genuinely cares THAT much about his clients and their wellbeing. i was terrified i was going to go to prison and wouldnt see my son for a very long time. Mr Scully assured me throughout my case i was in safe hands and i really was! today i got to go home to my son and for that i will forever be grateful to Mr Scully. if i could give him a hundred star rating i would he really is one of the best out there at what he does!

We chose to instruct Forbes to do our conveyancing after many recommendations from family and friends. It's been 34 years since we last bought a house; suffice to say that we felt rather overwhelmed by the prospect. However, any doubts or fears were quickly allayed by Kathryn Lofthouse and Kim Segers. Their professional and efficient approach reassured us that we'd made the right choice. From the outset we have been treated respectfully and communication has been clear and consistent through the whole process; particularly from Kathryn. I cannot recommend Tom Howcroft highly enough. He understood my case straight away and that I wanted as quick a settlement as possible because of my age and the stress I was under. He not only achieved an extremely successful outcome for me but did so in a relatively short period of time which was such a relief to me and my family. Tom is an exceptional Solicitor and I owe him a huge debt of gratitude.

Amazing service start to finish. Dave Scully is a legend.

We have had two dealings with Forbes in the last year, One for a crown court case and the other a magistrates case. (For a relative that has been poorly)

All the Communication was amazing! I had to take some control due to my relatives illness and nothing was too much hassle. The re assurance I was given but most importantly the way the situations were handled with integrity and compassion.

Dave Scully was amazing, he has known my relative for some time but also understood the impact this had actually had on myself dealing with it all.
I would recommend Dave to anyone.
If you want someone to fight for the fairest outcome with passion and understanding he is the man for the job!

Very disappointed. After an initial telephone conversation which went well, I felt confident and reassured enough to send a personal document to Forbes in order for them to ascertain if there was a possibility they could act for myself and my sister. A telephone conversation to discuss the matter was arranged the following day.

The person in question was unavailable to speak with when I rang the next day. After numerous attempts on my behalf by telephone and an email requesting to be contacted, I am still waiting.

Clearly the document I forwarded did not generate any future work for Forbes. The fact they failed to honour their word in discussing this with myself, as arranged, I find not only discourteous but also unprofessional.

I will not be recommending Forbes.

Not impressed with these. They charge for even a telephone conversation. Heard very little on updates on my dad's will and I'm the executive. If you want a expensive solicitor and get ripped off go with these. I've had more free advice from Farley and there not even dealing with it at no cost.
