House conveyance
We had a smooth transition with help from Madiha and Kathryn. Always there when needed and quick to respond. I would recommend Forbes to anyone.

Excellent service
Kathryn Lofthouse and her team dealt with the transfer of ownership of my property.
It was not a particularly straightforward procedure but my solicitors helped me every step of the way .
Everyone was friendly and helpful and really efficient.
I would not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again myself in the future.

Absolutely Excellent Service and Team - Kathryn, Michelle, Madiha
Kathryn and the team were proactive and diligent throughout our sale and purchase transaction despite both time and chain pressure. Excellent service
Michelle, Kathryn and the team were excellent. They kept me up to date, often calling me around pivotal moments in the process to help take me through what it meant in practise given their experience in these matters. That advice was invaluable and in some instances led to me walking away from properties that would have been damaging to purchase. This is the second time I have used them, having used them for the sale of my flat, and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Best
This is the fourth time I have used Forbes they never fail to impress everything is made so simple in the stressful world of selling a house.
Although I was assisted mainly by Kathryn and Madiha everyone you speak to at Forbes is very friendly, approachable and can't do enough to help in any way
all advice is explained in a understandable way and I was kept informed of the progress throughout via email and telephone.
Kathryn and Madiha were both efficient and competent in what they do and I feel that everything was dealt with in a timely manner
I may not need a solicitors for a while but I won't go anywhere else if I do

Repeat customer - Excellent service
I have used Forbes for buying and selling my properties over the last few years and

First class
Kathryn and Madiha have just dealt with the sale of my house. I don’t normally write reviews but I have to say that I was so impressed from beginning to end. The whole process was seamless. Sale of our home
Kathryn made the conveyancing process very accessible. Throughout she kept in touch and was promptly responsive when we sought advice. We were given clear instruction of what we needed to do and when and Kathryn administered the various documents efficiently and securely. Overall we could trust that the conveyance and receipt of funds would take place per our plans and this service was very fairly priced.
