Pedestrian knocked down under a van
I was knocked down from behind in a carpark by a van resulting in a leg fracture. I phoned a solicitor I know and also phoned Forbes Solicitors from the internet, no win no fee. I spoke directly to John Bennett solicitor who found the car park location while on the phone and discussed my case. He clearly explained what my case would entail.
I had no hesitation but to go with them, my paralegal secretary was Michelle Kemp who dealt directly with the case up to my damages pay out.
I was very impressed with the quick responses to my email queries plus the response back by email and the clear explanations throughout. I thoroughly recommend these solicitors.

Car crash claim
Although the claim time took a while, John was always in contact and keeping me updated. The process of it all was confusing but it was always explained to me on what was happening. I can’t thank John at Forbes enough for all his help, thank you
