Probate Sale of Father's House
Natalie was very easy to deal with and kept me up to date throughout the procedure and took the time to explain different aspects as we moved along, and also if I had a query. The whole process moved along as quickly as possible allowing for local searches etc to come back. I felt that the whole matter was dealt with very professionally.

Great service
We have worked with Forbes on a couple of occassions. Natalie has kept us up to date with the process, communications on updates and has been super clear of what needs to be done and by when, as well as where we are in the process. The process of buying and selling homes is complex, and could potentially be vastly simplified - however, Natalie did a great job in managing the process,

Excellent from start to finish
My experience during this whole process with Natalie has been really good. She was really friendly and easy to talk to. We had the buying and selling with Forbes and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. We came up with a road block in the final hour of exchanging contracts but she handled it brilliantly and we made it through completion and I write this in my new house. We couldn’t thank her enough. I would highly recommend Natalie to anyone wanting conveyancing with Forbes. Thank you once again for all your help and wish you all the best!
