Laura is a Partner with over twelve years' experience in employment and HR matters, specialising in advising clients in the Education sector. Laura has considerable experience of working with institutions in both the HE and FE sector as well as schools, academy trusts and sixth-form colleges. Laura deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters and has particular expertise in handling complex discrimination and whistle-blowing employment tribunal claims. As well as having experience of the full spectrum of employment law issues, including restructures, TUPE and industrial relations, Laura also regularly advises clients on student matters in addition to governance and safeguarding issues. Laura prides herself on forming excellent relationships with her clients, providing straightforward and pragmatic advice and her sector knowledge. Laura regularly speaks at events and delivers bespoke training sessions to clients.
