Very happy with the overall service. Easy to deal with and provided help and advice. Karen was friendly with a sense of humour which really helped with our anxiety as there were a few occasions when it became stressful. She was thorough and explained the legal terminology. The only minor negative was lack of update on the app, not really worth downloading.

My brother and I engaged Coodes to assist with a will dispute involving family from a previous marriage. It was quickly established we had a potential case and engaged with Mel Grose and Jenny Carter. Our initial engagement was thorough and professional with Mel and Jenny asking details questions and continually stressing it was better to negotiate with the family for a positive outcome than going to court. Jenny became our point of contact and was effective and clear, always doing what she agreed to do. We reached a good outcome for all and resolved a difficult situation thanks to Jenny and Mel. We are very pleased with the outcome and are now working with the client team to instigate our agreement. We are very grateful to Coodes.
