This is the second time i have used coodes, the first was the purchasing of a property, the second was the sale of a property. Both times have been hassle free and i have been kept up todate with the progress throughout the processes. I would highly recommend Karen Jones and will be using her services again in the future.

Transfer of Equity.
Karen and the Coodes team were fantastic to deal with and acted very professionally in helping me through a very stressful time, doing lots of chasing due to the inadequacies of my mortgage lender.
Communication was fantastic and they guided me through the process easily.

We achieved it all!
The firm was recommended by the estate agent. The first solicitor did nothing for a fortnight. When I went into the office and complained the receptionist (Lesley) got it sorted. I had a new solicitor who has worked through two sales and a purchase. Not all plain sailing but Karen did not give up and managed everything successfully.
The app I downloaded wasn’t kept up to date - that could be improved
