Purchase of SY7 0AG
Ann-Marie was excellent all the way through and kept us informed throughout. The completion date changed a few times but she managed to accommodate this even though the other solicitors were uncooperative and at times rude. Ann-Marie even worked outside of the normal working hours.

House conveyancing - exceptional service
The service from Ann-Marie was genuinely faultless. Responses were almost instantaneous, diligence in abundance when reviewing search results, contracts, title changes, etc. Communication was very clear throughout and then when a buyer and their solicitor were dragging things, her tenacity to get it across the line was phenomenal. Some solicitors don't support their clients in pushing things along, whereas Ann-Marie realises that this is a home that is being bought/sold and therefore you know she has your best interests at heart. A huge asset to Warners and now moving to Sevenoaks, i know which solicitors i will use for anything. Without a doubt, I will be recommending Ann-Marie to others.

Warners Solicitors
Anne-Marie Lock is a very competent solicitor. She has been my solicitor on 3 different cases. Each time, she has ensured the accuracy of advices by verifying the reliability of the information provided. She had helped me to avoid issues during the process of a transaction, and has played a key role in a successful transaction. Thanks to her precious help I could complete the purchase of my flat within a reasonable timeframe. I would highly recommend Anne-Marie Lock and Warners Solicitors in general.

Very supportive and professional
I was nervous about carrying out the sale of my mother’s property but the team at Warners were so supportive.
I felt I could ask questions and they explained everything to me clearly. The team were very personable and I
enjoyed working with them. So much so that I will be using them again for the sale of my own property.

Sale of the house
I had recently sold my property. My solicitor Ann-Marie was exceptional in helping with the sale. The process was very complicated and prolonged as we had to register the property first; the first sale fell through, I had to change an estate agent. My solicitor was very efficient, hard working and professional. She was great at communication and was so supportive. She kept on actively following up, providing required answers to the buyer’s solicitors to all their queries, she was focused and determined. She managed to get a result. I strongly believe that I wouldn’t be able to sell the house without her help and perseverance. Her work was of such a high quality, I couldn’t wish for a better solicitor. I will highly recommend my solicitor to anyone.
