I required the help and advice of Jenny regarding a distressing and previously unknown situation in which I found myself concerning a tenant that I recently had to evict from my rental property.
In my error I had not protected the tenants deposit as required by law. As a consequence the tenant wanted financial compensation.
The nature of the request I found upsetting and frightening. Jenny responded to my request for help in a very timely manner and was immediately reassuring, kind and patient with myself. She fully explained my situation and not only listened but completely understood my distress. Her calm professionalism and reassuring nature gave me the support and strength to be able to deal with this through her help. This experience was a very steep learning curve for myself and I could not have dealt with any of this without her and her teams kindness and care towards me for which I am truly grateful.

Highly recommended
Would like to thank Hayley Gafney and her team (Jenny, st austell)
for all their hard work. After several months of the 'otherside' dishing out,
misinformation, manipulation, all served up with a bit of cold shoulder,
Hayley sprang into action. In just 24 hours, the 'otherside' withered, and caved in.

Excellent, efficient, sympathetic
My brother and I engaged Coodes to assist with a will dispute involving family from a previous marriage. It was quickly established we had a potential case and engaged with Mel Grose and Jenny Carter. Our initial engagement was thorough and professional with Mel and Jenny asking details questions and continually stressing it was better to negotiate with the family for a positive outcome than going to court. Jenny became our point of contact and was effective and clear, always doing what she agreed to do. We reached a good outcome for all and resolved a difficult situation thanks to Jenny and Mel.
