My wife and I had legal issues that needed sorting due to being let down by other solicitors. We approached the Penzance branch who were sympathetic to our needs. We needed to go through a few hoops to get to a final solution. Alan Gates was our initial contact and he quickly reassured us that our issues would be sorted. Alan and his colleagues have done an excellent job in taking us through these hoops with a positive result.

Ben was able to read the legal documents concerning my legal right of way to access my property, explaining the issue in simple and up to date language. The hour went so quickly I could have talked with him all afternoon he was so patient and understanding. It takes great skill to have to read, understand and interpret a legal document and give advice back to the client.
