Sale of Flat
After getting deputyship for my Sister I had to sell her flat, Coodes, especially Michelle and Jackie were brilliant, and If I had any queries or questions I could phone or email and they would always get back to me with the answers I needed. The sale has gone through easily and I can thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent work
This is the second time I have used Michelle and I think she is Excellent.
Both times we have moved fast but been extremely thorough. All of my queries were given time and respect, and I always came away feeling heard and with the process moving forwards.
Very profession, trustworthy and made my sale less stressful.

1st rate
My wife and I had legal issues that needed sorting due to being let down by other solicitors. We approached the Penzance branch who were sympathetic to our needs. We needed to go through a few hoops to get to a final solution. Alan Gates was our initial contact and he quickly reassured us that our issues would be sorted. Alan and his colleagues have done an excellent job in taking us through these hoops with a positive result.
