1st rate
My wife and I had legal issues that needed sorting due to being let down by other solicitors. We approached the Penzance branch who were sympathetic to our needs. We needed to go through a few hoops to get to a final solution. Alan Gates was our initial contact and he quickly reassured us that our issues would be sorted. I met with Mr Alan Gates at the Penzance office in regard to this matter. He advised me in a thoroughly professional but friendly manner while conducting the meetings required.
