Totally professional, exceptionally well organised and completely focused on the job in hand - whilst at the same time being friendly, approachable and happy to explain things to the lay person such as myself. I cannot recommend highly enough as they removed all the normal stress you expect with legalities of purchasing & selling properties. The B&K team handled everything and i could not ask for more.
I will happily use again with complete confidence on any future legal requirements I may have.

The process of selling our previous home and buying our new one was far from straightforward. Barcan+Kirby provided a reassuringly professional and reliable service throughout. It took us a while to get used to the fact that the representatives of the firm who assisted us were each in the office for a limited number of working days each week, but there was a smooth process of referral from one representative to another if the person we had contacted was not in the office.

We have just completed on our very first house and can honestly say the level of service, respect and understanding that we received from Victoria Stone throughout the process was above and beyond our expectations. She really has made the process as smooth as it could of been, even though the sales progressor done very little to do just that, Victoria certainly took up the slack and sped the purchase along at every opportunity.
