The process of selling our previous home and buying our new one was far from straightforward. Barcan+Kirby provided a reassuringly professional and reliable service throughout. It took us a while to get used to the fact that the representatives of the firm who assisted us were each in the office for a limited number of working days each week, but there was a smooth process of referral from one representative to another if the person we had contacted was not in the office.

Natalie was very helpful with my case, making sure I understood what the legal documents and jargon meant, and then suggesting ways to protect me. When I made my own suggestions she was always receptive and helped make sure we got to a place that was beneficial to myself, but also watertight from a legal standpoint. I would like to thank Abigail, Kim and Victoria at Barcan+Kirby Solicitors for their conscientious work regarding selling my flat. They passed on efficiently all the relevant documents and responses which I sent them during the process. They also responded positively to any enquiries from the sales negotiator.
