I'd already posted a 5 Star review for Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel regarding their excellent handling of a bungalow sale for an elderly relative via POA. However, a last minute health item created a few last-minute issues for our chain. These were handled very promptly and efficiently by Kim and Abigail on our behalf. Excellent service - Thank You. Great experience with Barcan & Kirby - Would definitely recommend and use again (although hopefully I won’t have to for a while now…!). Kim was like superwoman with the amount she had to contend with for our house move but made it much easier for us, and Abigail was wonderful with making time to help me understand everything - Thanks both!

I would like to thank Abigail, Kim and Victoria at Barcan+Kirby Solicitors for their conscientious work regarding selling my flat. They passed on efficiently all the relevant documents and responses which I sent them during the process. They also responded positively to any enquiries from the sales negotiator. Consequently the sale went through smoothly to completion within the proposed timescale for both myself and the buyer. I would recommend their company to any prospective clients!

Kim, Victoria and Abigail have been a supportive and approachable team who have provided me with convencying services through an abortive sale and my first house purchase. Their due diligence meant that I was reassured through the process. They also pulled out all the stops to ensure my purchase completed before Christmas with very little notice!

Having used a different branch of Barcan and Kirby previously I had high expectations for them in our house move. Thankfully they were great, really quick to pick up the tasks that move the process along and always advocating for us at the times that we needed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
