I'd already posted a 5 Star review for Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel regarding their excellent handling of a bungalow sale for an elderly relative via POA. However, a last minute health item created a few last-minute issues for our chain. These were handled very promptly and efficiently by Kim and Abigail on our behalf. Excellent service - Thank You. Could not fault the service provided by Kim & Abbie; both were easily contactable and responsive. The whole process of purchasing my first property was made to feel smooth due to their efficiency. Highly reccomend!!
