Gabrielle Artess acted as our solicitor twice, for a house sale and then a house purchase a year later. She was recommended to us by an estate agent, and her work could not have been better. Extremely efficient, transferring information between the two sides in the sale very quickly, responded to communications very fast, didn't miss anything, and friendly. When she went on holiday we were well looked after by her paralegal and another solicitor covering for her so there was no delay in the process.

I am Power of Attorney for a friend and had to arrange the sale of her home, when she went into a care home. This was a very stressful time as I really didn’t know what I needed to do and had the added problem of not actually living in the country. I used Barcan + Kirby and it was one of my best decisions. Everyone that I dealt with was so helpful, friendly and approachable. I was kept informed at every stage and any of my queries were dealt with, very quickly. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
