We did not receive the correct information because it was only sent by email, which did not arrive as the message was too large. My advice: always insist on posted information as well,

Communication was a shambles. I enquired last week about solicitor fees for buying a house. I spoke to a receptionist who said I would have my quote by the end of the day. 4 days last I still had no quote so I called back. Left my details again but received no call back that day. The next day I called again and asked for the quote to be emailed to be today as I wouldn't be able to answer my phone. I was called once, no voicemail left and no email. Decided to go with another solicitor after the lack of communication.
