I could not have been more happy with the service I received. Moving to an entirely different location after a lifetime in one city, especially on my own, could have been very stressful but the help I was given (particularly with the technology side of things) was very reassuring. I was very impressed with all the staff with whom I had contact, and if I was still in Bristol I would not hesitate to use your firm again or recommend you to friends. Thank you for all your help.

I highly recommend Laura Roberts and team (Adrienne and Robyn). As a first time buyer I was completely clueless about the process, but they all took the time to answer all my questions and explained to me the proceedings so that I knew what to expect and what to look out for. The team were all so due diligent and responsive throughout the whole process that I am so glad I went with Barcan+Kirby.

We would recommend Barcan & Kirby to anyone buying/selling a property. Despite a stressful conveyancing process, Robyn and Laura were extremely proactive and always got back to us within a day. They were happy to pick up the phone to provide updates and took the time to explain the process and practicalities from start to finish.
