We were really happy that we chose Barcan + Kirby to deal with our property sale and purchase. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. I never felt like I was chasing them, and they let us know clearly what they needed from us at every step. Everything went smoothly and they made a stressful experience of buying and selling a house with two young children as stress-free as it possible could be. We will definitely use this firm again.

I highly recommend Laura Roberts and team (Adrienne and Robyn). As a first time buyer I was completely clueless about the process, but they all took the time to answer all my questions and explained to me the proceedings so that I knew what to expect and what to look out for. The team were all so due diligent and responsive throughout the whole process that I am so glad I went with Barcan+Kirby.

We would recommend Barcan & Kirby to anyone buying/selling a property. Despite a stressful conveyancing process, Robyn and Laura were extremely proactive and always got back to us within a day. They were happy to pick up the phone to provide updates and took the time to explain the process and practicalities from start to finish.
