After I had my accident at work ,and I was off work sick ,my sister and alot of other people said go and see a solicitor make a claim.
I did I 1st saw Amiee who was very friendly helpful and explained what would happen.
I have been updated all the way through even when Amie left Emily took over .
They have been professional throughout.

After a horror car crash from hell I was suffering post traumatic stress. Barcan+Kirby helped me get the medical treatment I needed and successfully collected the compensation I deserved. This is the first time I had been in a situation like this and I felt 100% in the hands of professional along the way.
I would say to any new clients of Barcan+Kirby - don’t give up hope when the case goes on for a long time, in my case it was 3 years and I heard that it’s possible to take 5 years or more and that’s to be expected so I was happy with the result. I would also say keep hold of all your receipts and paper evidence as you never know when it will come in handy. I was silly and lost the receipts to some of the more valuable items I could have claimed more for like phone and laptop (shakes fist at gmail 💪🏼). Maybe one tip to Barcan+Kirby would be to make sure all the receipts and invoices are collected earlier on rather than later on in the process as it’s easy to lose this information, in my case anyway.
Barcan+Kirby went above and beyond to contact me as I moved house a few times but they were happy to keep everything on email and telephone which was a great help to me.
I would definitely use them again if needed and can happily recommend them.
