Great experience with Barcan & Kirby - Would definitely recommend and use again (although hopefully I won’t have to for a while now…!). Kim was like superwoman with the amount she had to contend with for our house move but made it much easier for us, and Abigail was wonderful with making time to help me understand everything - Thanks both!

Kim & Victoria dealt with both my complex flat sale and they subsequently dealt with mt (numerous) attempts to purchase my next property. they were incredibly kind & understanding after withdrawing from 3 separate houses and finally helped me daily to complete in less than 12 weeks (quite challenging in current circumstances) thank you both for all of your help and hard work.

I'd already posted a 5 Star review for Kim Pratt and Abigail Bratchel regarding their excellent handling of a bungalow sale for an elderly relative via POA. I had a lot of concerns about engaging with the relevant services for a house purchase - estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors etc., no one ever seems to have a good experience. Barcan+Kirby however proved that's not always true as their handling of our case was excellent. Kim Pratt and all the staff we dealt with were knowledgeable, clear, efficient and kind and I can't recommend them highly enough. I was dreading the process but it couldn't have been easier, thank you.

Everyone we dealt with at B+K was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. From our referral through Lucy Rose, to liaising with Kim, but also Abigail, Christina, Victoria , Jon and Caron - everything was smooth and reassuring. Conveyancing isn't fun, but B+K prove that it needn't be stressful or frustrating. I'd gladly recommend to anyone.

Disappointed with the service, Lost confidence when the wrong purchase price was put on the paperwork.Obviously no proof reading of docs before they were sent out. Numerous other mistakes made. At times it felt like the blind leading the blind. Sadly, very unprofessional.
