we needed to remake our wills and after some research decided to use Barcan+ Kirby. We were not disappointed. initial email were responded to quickly, in a very positive way. A meeting details as agreed and the basic of our will was agreed, Explanation and information were very clear as all times. The draft was issued shortly after with an attached commentary which provided extra clarity.

I have been in litigation for exactly 2 years, I done my homework and researched law companies. The choice i made to employ Barcan Kirby 2 years ago was the best decision i ve made.
From start, Mark Scanlon, true professional.
Then, with Joelle Allen of Probate team, outstanding compassion and brilliant administration and legal skills.
Ending with Abigail in convencing, Professional understanding from beginning to end. Perfect.
I definitely realize that the last 2 years would have been sooo different if i did not make a decision to change my legal representation to Barcan Kirby, as regards my situation.
