Excellent outcome

This is the 2nd time in the last 3 years i have had to seek advice from Mr Cook,his intervention on my behalf with the DVLA was excellent the outcome was to my advantage.I myself wrote to them on 2 occasions with no reply over a 3 month period,with 2 letters from ramsdens the situation was sorted out.I am in no doubt that without their help i would still be waiting for a reply from the DVLA.

v personable and empathetic service- clinical negligence case (widow)

Rachel was with me from my 1st contact with Ramsdens and always there for me during my traumatic grief. Rachel supported me through the 6.5 years of this case right from the first telephone contact , at the inquest and through to settlement. The case took it's toll physically and mentally and Rachel and my barrister appreciated the effects of this- she was available to help and offer support.
Whilst final settlement was constrained by statute, my legal team fought as far as able and appreciated that the personal injury trauma (which could not be claimed for was far greater for me as a client).

I just want to personally say thank you to Nick Stojanovic, he has been an amazing support throughout this whole process. I contact Nick following what was the most heartbreaking experience I had within a NHS trust. From the onset Nick was approachable and showed great compassion and understanding of my experience and I immediately felt at ease. He had advised me throughout this process and never made me feel like I was too much of a burden with each call and email I have sent. He has given honest and clear advice throughout my claim and has made this experience effortless. I would 1000% recommended him and this firm to people who need honest and reliable professionals. Cannot tell you how slow they are… staff go on holiday and your life is on hold as apparently ‘no-one else can deal with it’. So far back in time with regards to conveyancing.

My wife and I used Ramsdens Halifax for conveyancing services for the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. Our solicitors were very good throughout the process and were always very quick to answer any questions we had. Special mention to Luke who always replied to our queries promptly and really pushed for our purchase to go through when required. Also thank you to Emma and Joe for all their help. We would definitely recommend for conveyancing.

A client

Spoke to a very nice lady this morning, was told I was going to get a call back. A few hours passed and I did not receive a call. Hence called back to ask when I could expect this call. Instead was faced with a very rude switchboard, who told me that the solicitors do not have time to call me! This was shortly followed by a call by the solicitor 'Emily'- who only called to defend the switchboard, she failed to ask what even happened! Offered no apology instead spoke to me in an unacceptable and unprofessional manner and raised her voice. I will be taking this matter ahead. I would advice clients to seek help elsewhere. There is no respect or professionalism here.

I have working in London commercial property for over 30 years and I have used several large London based firms for property work over that time.
