Not happy at all with this company they have got my name wrong rang for 1 minute and charged 25 pounds also just recently I asked a few questions in relation to my Divorce and none where answered so am no wiser not and got charged 115 pounds for it I paid the bill and shut my file down I got quoted nearly 20 thousand for my divorce paid thousand s already and nothing as being sorted would strongly not recommend this company as so upset as domestic violence team recommended them

Referred to me by a good friend, Pauline, Ben and her team were absolutely fantastic.
I recently bought my first house and had everything completed within a month! Every question I had was answered quickly and every notable detail was laid out and explained thoroughly which allievated a lot of pressure when buying a house. 5-stars, cannot recommend Ramsdens enough.

Cannot tell you how slow they are… staff go on holiday and your life is on hold as apparently ‘no-one else can deal with it’. So far back in time with regards to conveyancing.

My wife and I used Ramsdens Halifax for conveyancing services for the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. Our solicitors were very good throughout the process and were always very quick to answer any questions we had. Special mention to Luke who always replied to our queries promptly and really pushed for our purchase to go through when required. Also thank you to Emma and Joe for all their help. We would definitely recommend for conveyancing.

Spoke to a very nice lady this morning, was told I was going to get a call back. A few hours passed and I did not receive a call. Hence called back to ask when I could expect this call. Instead was faced with a very rude switchboard, who told me that the solicitors do not have time to call me! This was shortly followed by a call by the solicitor 'Emily'- who only called to defend the switchboard, she failed to ask what even happened! Offered no apology instead spoke to me in an unacceptable and unprofessional manner and raised her voice. I will be taking this matter ahead. I would advice clients to seek help elsewhere. There is no respect or professionalism here.
