Amber was recommended by my broker , from the moment I spoke with Amber she filled me with confidence that she would be able to complete my remortgage in the time scale I wanted. Every step of the way was so straight forward, as with past experiences with other solicitors , they have been very stressful ,but not Amber ,she was a pleasure to deal with and made the process was so simple. In the future , Amber will be my first phone call if need these services again.

Superb friendly efficient service and skill from start to finish

Working with Amber on several occassions with different properties has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
Such friendly, expert advise and support through the whole sales and legal process, nothing was too much trouble and going the extra mile when a few unforseen obstacles could have slowed it down, ensuring everything still went through on time.
My estate agent even commented that Amber was best legal representative that she'd ever had the pleasure to work with in many years of her career.
I couldn't recommend Amber enough, and will certainly be working with any other residential property sales that i go through.

Beth dealt with the estate of my late father, including the will and LPA. The support and advice she gave was excellent. The empathy and compassion she showed myself and my Mum was excellent at such a difficult time. She put us at ease and took time to explain everything.She dealt with things timely and efficiently.

Private Conveyancing - Moving from Milford to Norfolk

As I'm now in my 70s we decided that livings closer to our family in Norfolk would be a good idea and having found a suitable property we embarked on what we knew from past experience was likely to be a stressful undertaking.
We were pleasantly surprised to find both a purchaser and a suitable property and location for us so set about finding a suitable solicitor willing and able to deal with all the necessary legalities.
Amber Daly of Ramsdens was suggested as having the right experience so we contacted her and she agreed to undertake all the legal work required for both the sale of our house and the purchase of the new property.
All proceeded well although the vendors solicitors seemed to be rather tardy in responding to Ambers' enquiries, a delay which was putting the entire transaction at risk.
Amber was very patient with them and spent time helping them to complete the inquiries to her satisfaction and we were most impressed not just with her willingness to assist but with her professionalism.
I really believe that without her support these transactions may well have ultimately failed and we are extremely grateful to her for her tenacity in seeing everything completed successfully.
