I would like to thank Samantha for dealing with my divorce in an extremely professional and caring way. Always chasing for answers and keeping me informed and up to date. She was always there for good advice during one of the most difficult and stressful times of my life. She helped me navigate 5 years of abuse from my husband and his partner and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone who needs an ultimate professional that you can rely on during the extreme circumstances that divorce proceedings can put you through

First Time Adjudication Defence
We were recommended to Ellisons and more specifically to Ian Seeley through an industry colleague. Our construction company had received for the first time in our companies history an adjudication referral.
Ian and his team could not have been more helpful in guiding us through the process and legal proceedings in fighting the dispute. His rebuttals were insightful, informative and most importantly combative. This allowed us to defend and challenge the evidence submitted in the most effective way. There were clear and concise arguments and counterclaims.
Ultimately Ian successfully defended us and we could not have been happier with the outcome.
I would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to seek dispute resolution advice in the construction industry.

I have worked with Ian on a number of matters. His advice has been invaluable. Of course he knows his stuff, the difference for me is how that is applied. Sensible solutions rather than rigid responses. All options properly discussed and agreed. Clever and incisive and plans so cunning you could pin a tail on it and call it a weasel (sorry I guess this is supposed to be serious).

I had a great experience with the solicitors who helped me sell my flat. The email exchanges were always quick, and as we approached the end and completion, everything moved forward efficiently. They were very understanding of my situation as a teacher and took into account that I wasn't always available by phone. I really appreciated the professional advice I received throughout the process. It made the whole experience much smoother and stress-free.
