Grace Tweddell: exceptional client service
Our property sale was a complex and challenging transaction with difficult personalities throughout the chain. I was very impressed by the way that Grace handled each issue as it arose; she has an impressive understanding of the law and consistently delivered advice that was clear and to the point. She was also excellent at delineating in and out of scope issues recommending reputable practitioners for the party wall and planning issues we faced. On numerous occasions we needed answers quickly so her responsiveness was also much appreciated. It was comforting to have such competent counsel handling things from our side and I do think that we may not have had such a positive outcome had another firm acted for us.

Conveyancing
Grace carried our a very efficient conveyance selling and buying for us. In spite of some inaccuracies in the plans of our existing house all in all a very efficient service.
