Carly and team were fabulous
We are to Americans who have moved the the UK, and attempted to secure a home on more than one occasion, only to fund problems that prevented us from completing the sale. Carly Callaghan was persistent with us, and we finally purchased a cottage that we really love.
She, and her team, were great and we are grateful that she helped us understand the unique aspects of buying a home here in our new homeland, because as Americans there were nuances that we didn't fully understand.

Probate and House Sale

Sale house
I am extremely thankful to Ms Carly Callaghan for all her work that brought to completion the sale of my mother's house. I live abroad which made things more complicated. Ms Callaghan took the time to explain to me the different legal aspects and procedures.
