Excellent Commercial Property Transaction

My experience of working with Lauren and the team at Ellisons has been great. I know that once I hand them the property transaction they will guide me through the process to completion with little fuss. They are responsive and continue to apply pressure to the other solicitor to get things moving even when it seems all hope is lost. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

Well that didnt go well did it !

One of the most frustrating experiences we have ever experienced when carrying out a house sale and purchase .... solicitor and ourselves just seemed to be on very different paths in terms of communication / any sense of urgency / keeping us updated and aware of what was going on ... the Ellison website quotes "commitment to ensuring client care is at the centre of our service delivery" ... well if the service level we received was deemed to be in keeping with the above , then Ellison's standards are clearly set at a very different / lower level than ours and even more so what the costs being charged are noticeably higher than other peers / competitors
