As first time buyers we entered in the house buying process without knowing anything about what was required but Harjot was excellent at explaining all the different processes and forms and what was required of us, as well as keeping us updated with where we were in the process. I would recommend Harjot and GEPP.

My husband and I had an excellent service from Harjot, our assigned solicitor by Ellisons Solicitors. She was very professional, put us at ease, and very reassuring on all matters related to the case she was handling for us. She was knowledgeable in her field and explained matters to us both in writing and verbally as appropriate, keeping us informed on progress. She showed very good communication skills and took ownership of her dealings. She met all our requests in a timely manner and to the best of her ability. Quality Legal Service has to be valued
Being a first-time buyer of a commercial property can be a very daunting process.

Great service. Highly recommend.
My husband and I were first time buyers with no experience with properties or solicitors. I contacted Gepps because they’re local and so glad I did. Everyone we spoke to, from the initial enquiries, were extremely friendly. Our solicitor, Harjot, was amazing. Fantastic service from Gepp Solicitors in Chelmsford
just wanted to say a big big thank you to all the staff at Gepp, who have been involved with the purchase of my property, from the ladies on reception to the soliciting team.
I have purchased many properties and used a variety of solicitors, and none of them compare to the quality of service and efficiency from Gepp
I would also add that my parents have used Gepp when they needed to arrange a Power of Attorney and the solicitor was extremely kind and patient with my father who has Alzheimer’s.

First time buyer
First time buyer.
Harjot acted for me in my purchase of a leasehold property which involved complex lease extension and taking this into account, Harjot is very thorough and meticulous, she explained in detail each process and stage in layman’s terms and was always available to answer my daily calls and keep me updated throughout the transaction. Even when I believed that the transaction would compete within couple months, it proved to become complex in nature due to the lease extension and in turn created many delays in the transaction since there were 3 separate solicitors acting in the lease extension in addition to the sellers solicitor and my own. Harjot went above and beyond and contacted each firm of solicitors dealing with the lease extension to obtain updates and also managed to keep 2 other agents in the chain updated. It was because of Harjot’s professional manner, proficiency and methodical approach that pushed the transaction to a swift conclusion. All I can is that my interests were best protected throughout and was extremely pleased with the positive outcome. I cannot thank Harjot and her skilled team enough for all their tremendous hard work. I will definitely be recommending them in future.
