We asked Ellisons Solicitors for a quote for the sale of our property, a property that we had rented out for the last 14years. We used Ellisons in 1995/1996 for the purchase of the same property. We asked for a quote for the sale and this was not the cheapest we received however we felt compelled to use Ellisons given our previous contact with them. Our Estate Agent also gave positive feedback regarding our choice of solicitors.
From start to finish of the sale the service has been faultless. Swift and efficient communication and response to emails. Swift solutions to any obstacles were found and communicated. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ellisons in the future.

Absolutely SHOCKING! My mental health is being brought to it's knee's! I feel like a parrot! Please avoid these solicitors like the plague! It's like they get enjoyment out of making people suffer and repeat themselves and ask them to do things they aren't legally allowed to do, they are utterly relentless!

Ellisons took 13 months to complete on my 2 bed bungalow with no chain on either side! Solicitor handling was arrogant and unprofessional. She actually ASSUMED the tree to the side of the property was owned by the council but in fact is on neighbouring owner’s property. I now have to battle to get them to cut back the tree!🤬 Don’t touch them with barge pole.
