Share transfer and revised Articles of Association
We were in the middle of a very difficult case which had resulted in the share transfer of a company. Ellisons were able to transfer the shares and suggested for clarity moving forward to revise the Articles and produce a new shareholders agreement. It was all done at minimum cost and minimum fuss. And it has given me peace of mind that this contentious company will now remain quorate and under the shareholders control. We were very happy with the professional approach taken by Ellisons

Siraat Rangari helped my elderly parents (90+) to write new wills. He was kind, welcoming and took great care to explain everything to my parents in terms that they understood clearly. Audrey McKenna helped us with our recent property sale and purchase.
The purchase turned out to be a difficult affair mainly because the vendors had chosen a large conveyancing firm who frankly were not good at all.
Audrey handled everything with infinite patience and professionalism and helped get the case over the line in spite of the vendors side.
Her service was exceptional, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my conveyancing needs.
