We were in the middle of a very difficult case which had resulted in the share transfer of a company. Ellisons were able to transfer the shares and suggested for clarity moving forward to revise the Articles and produce a new shareholders agreement. It was all done at minimum cost and minimum fuss. And it has given me peace of mind that this contentious company will now remain quorate and under the shareholders control. We were very happy with the professional approach taken by Ellisons

The purchase turned out to be a difficult affair mainly because the vendors had chosen a large conveyancing firm who frankly were not good at all.
