This was a transfer of property between siblings - not a complex transaction but it was very important to get it right first time. Abbie Mackay handled the matter very well and efficiently. In particular she wrote admirably clear letters and emails, anticipated my questions and protected my interests very well. I felt that I was in safe hands.
