The whole process was very easy. I was contacted very quickly after my initial enquiry by Jess and she explained the process for the initial consultation. Online payment was simple to use. The meeting was set up on Teams and the links worked well, I provided information prior to the meeting and this enabled us to talk about the process and steps and it was obvious that the information had been read prior to the consultation so I did not need to go over this again. I was given all the costs and what would be expected from me and the service that Jess would provide and based on this excellent experience I have appointed Jess to take away all the stress from me and get a successful amicable solution to the end of my marriage.
