As first time buyers, we bought a house using Tinsdills. From start to finish they were very good and open about the price, this did not change at the end and we could call up with any questions we had. We dealt with Tinsdilla a couple of times last year. My mum was dying and wanted to sort out her wishes herself. Which the solicitors were brilliant about. Mum was treated with much respect and thought by Emma Marrow. Something that I will always be grateful for.
During this time we had the house up for sale and we dealt with Andrew Burrows, Andrew was great. The house was due to sell just as mum was taken into the Dougie Mac. The purchasers were amazing and wanted us to take whatever time we needed, they would have been happy to wait for us. This was arranged by both of the solicitors should we have needed it. It was a very sad time for us and mum lost her battle 5 days before completion. We wanted to go ahead so that we were following her last wish to make sure Dad would be ok. Andrew and his team were amazing, they dealt with everything smoothly without any unnessecary calls. Tinsdills without a doubt made those last few months much easier for us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

In 1991 it all came together under the name of THM Tinsdills and in 1999 we became Tinsdills Solicitors. Today we are one of the area’s most experienced and knowledgeable law firms with offices in Hanley, Leek, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Sandbach.
