Financial settlement
I arrived for my appointment was met with a smile from reception was very quickly show to a seat I waited 5 mins then was met by Helen Jackson we went into a private room & discussed my query

Knowledgeable advice
Helen was very approachable and eager to help. She was able to recite different ACTs and laws in place when helping me with my situation, listened well and was happy to go over and explained anything I needed help with. From the initial meeting, I was confident to go forward with her representing me.

Easy to talk to and understand
I knew what I wanted to ask and where I wanted to go with my meeting and felt that Helen listened to what I had to say and advised me accordingly. I felt she gave me much to think about and gave me the confidence to continue with the process I knew I needed to follow but was hesitant to do it, but after speaking to Helen, felt she would make the process as simple as it needed to be. She was made aware that there would be problems but gave me no indication that this would cause her any issues and no problem is unsurmountable.

Divorce
