Andrew is a Residential Property Solicitor and Director at Tinsdills. Andrew started his training contract in 1990 at the Leek Office, before qualifying as a Solicitor in 1992. He then became a Director in the firm in 2001. Aside from 3 years between 2003 and 2006, where Andrew was based at our old Hanley Office, Andrew has worked at our Leek office ever since. Andrew later gained a Land Registry Diploma in 2008, followed by an LLM (Environmental Law) in 2011. Andrew has 30 years experience in his field and deals with all aspects of Residential Property including buying and selling, remortgages, transfers of equity and the restructure of lost/missing title deeds. Andrew's dissertation for his master's degree dealt with feed-in tariff payments for residential solar panels, an area he is particularly knowledgeable in. Andrew has a wealth of knowledge and experience in: Property purchases Property sales Property re-mortgages Leases Shared ownership purchases and staircasing Restructure of title deeds and registrations Andrew is responsible for the firms Conveyancing Quality Scheme application. He always aims to serve the community in which he lives, and to practice to the best of his significant ability.
