Buying 1st home
Helen was fantastic start to finish. Easy to speak to and very patient with all my questions. Didn't feel pressure from her despite a pushy seller. Would definitely recommend and use tinsdills again.

Amazing communication and service :) :) :)
My partner and I used Tinsdills for the purchase of our property. The property had to go through probate which was a very long, drawn out process!! Helen Jaidy was absolutely fantastic to deal with. Her communication was second to none and such a friendly approach, nothing ever seemed a problem. Would 100% recommend. Very happy 😊

Excellent experience
We had an excellent experience with Helen Jaidy and Tinsdills more generally. Helen was endlessly patient when we had multiple sales for through. Sale of property (probate)
Tinsdills, and Helen Jaidy in particular, were excellent. They made the process of selling the property of my late aunt very smooth. Probate took a long while to be granted which meant that the timescales at the end needed to be compressed. But Helen made great efforts to keep things moving. Just before exchange an issue arose over whether there was a right of way for rear access to the property. Helen dealt with this clearly, quickly and efficiently to ensure it didn't block the process.
