After my court case was won previously with Jason and damages and costs were awarded but the defendant refused to pay . So I contacted Jason again, straight away it was suggested that I went to high court enforcement. It went back to court as the defendant put an application for the judgement to be set aside but Jason & Linda are a great team and all the evidence was presented & I won yet again and was awarded more costs . The damages and costs have now been paid in full . I would highly recommend Jason from the very start of my case he as worked very professionally always asked if it was ok to proceed further with the case. It always pays to have a professional law firm I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tinsdills if needed in the future I was very well looked after by Jason & Linda

Boundary dispute
I am so glad that I chose Jason Washington from Tinsdills Hanley office to assist me with my claim . Review of Legal Charge
I contacted Jason to review a legal charge over a property. it had been executed during the Covid Pandemic lockdowns so it wasn't entirely complete in it's execution, with some parts missing. On the face of it, the charge looked invalid. However, rather than taking thigs at face value, Jason interpreted the charge on the basis of "intent" rather than just a procedural matter.
He raised a few issues for further investigation and following those results, concluded that it was in fact valid and would be considered so if it was challenged in Court. With a definitive answer I could proceed to deal with the property accordingly.
I have always received intelligent (backed up by facts) advice from Jason and would be happy to recommend him to anyone needing an in-depth analysis of a legal issue.

Complex case resolved.
We had a very complex matter which was hampered by numerous set backs over many months. Jason was able to always see a way through and provide excellent advice. Jason had good contacts - barristers - to call upon when needed. His professional knowledge gave us confidence to see the case through to a conclusion.

Boundary dispute.
