Probate of my sisters will
James was very sympathetic to my situation even though the news were not really in my favour, however he made a suggestion of what could be tried. He spoke plain and easily understood language. He was very understanding of my situation.

Loan not repayed.
Ex partner could not work because of Covid restrictions. Payed her mortgage on the written understanding she would pay it back. Payment not received.

Assistance in inheritance matters
