Compassionate care during a tough time.
Jen guided me through the probate process carefully and with kindness when my husband died suddenly whilst out cycling. I was in a state of shock, and felt she helped me through it all with care and compassion.
Jen was also really helpful when I prepared my own will soon afterwards-allowing me time to decide fully on the details. She was kind throughout.

New Will

Will and LPA
The team at Tinsdills were very understanding about the urgent need for a will and LPA for an elderly relative. Jen pulled out all the stops to not only visit hospital twice but also to turn around the paperwork in super quick time. Her manner really helped in what was a difficult and emotional situation. Highly recommended.

Highly Recommend

Rewrite of Wills
All meetings were conducted in a friendly and relaxed manner. Our requirements were dealt with positively and we were able to talk through any suggestions that were put to us so we tailored the contents to meet those requirements. We were under no pressure to complete and could alter the drafts at any time if need be. The timescale of the process and costs involved were detailed at the time. We would use the firm again and recommend to others
