Excellent Communication with Chloe, very friendly and professional service. Good advice about making our wills and used the 'free wills' service for October.

I found the whole experience easy and stress free. I was kept up to date 100% of the way and any issues I had were felt with by phone and backed up, where needed, by email.

My Wife and I decided to take advantage of the service provided during Free Wills Month to amend out Wills. From the outset, the service we received was excellent; friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Relevant advice was freely offered but at no time was any pressure put on us to act upon this advice. All in all a brilliant process from start to finish.
