From start to finish Thomas McConachie at the Thorne branch kept us very well informed. He also offered helpful advice. The house sale went ahead without any hitches and as it was our late Mothers house we understandably didn’t want to deal with too many problems.

We saw Madi regarding the writing of our wills. She is very professional, she listened to our wishes and suggested additional inclusions which we had not considered previously.
