I cannot rate Peter Dadswell highly enough. For over 2 years he handled my very messy and disruptive divorce. During this period, Peter not only executed all aspects of numerous financial hearings and child access hearings expertly and to success, he has also been a comforting guide to me through some very dark times. I had the luck to have Peter on my side. The type of divorce that should not go through the courts as mentioned by couple of judges, but dealing with inflictive controlling spouse,there was no other way. Peter helped me to guide me through the storm, always trying to find solution while courageously balancing the imbalance in relationship. I couldn't recommend Peter Dadswell enough. He's been outstanding throughout. In very difficult circumstances and through the toughest times of my life. Its been reassuring knowing I've had Peter in my corner. Advising me on what I should and shouldn't be doing but also making me aware of the financial costs on a regular basis so I didn't insure any unexpected costs. I'm sure my estranged wife in hindsight wishes she had got Peter before me.

Faced with pressures to sign a clean break order, that would leave me with marital debts, I was put in contact with Michelle Cooper.
I had previously had a solicitor for a custody case who had taken thousands off me in meer weeks and created a situation where i had had to represent myself for the custody hearing as I couldn't afford to keep going - hence I was extremely nervous about engaging another solicitor at this point. Luckily
Michelle and her team were absolutely fantastic. They guided, supported, and advocated for me throughout the entire divorce process, and their professionalism and diligence achieved an outcome that was better than expected. I would highly recommend Michelle and her team.

I always felt very comfortable with asking questions no matter how small to understand a difficult process.

Totally unethical and unprofessional.
Trying to charge me for a free consultation that during the same the Lawyer actually recommended I didn't proceed!
Then 7 months later they stated sending threatening letters.
Stay away!

After making an online enquiry received no response. I recontacted over a week later to chase up. Unhelpful and rude receptionist simply made a point of advising fees were £200 - £300 and advised I contact a larger firm and recommended Howells.. Although my daughter doesnt work I was happy to fund. Do legal feesNo interest in taking the case evento, does not work so is likely elihible for legal aid but I was looking at paying and nomot going down tgat
