The type of divorce that should not go through the courts as mentioned by couple of judges, but dealing with inflictive controlling spouse,there was no other way. Divorce and Children
I couldn't recommend Peter Dadswell enough. He's been outstanding throughout. In very difficult circumstances and through the toughest times of my life. Its been reassuring knowing I've had Peter in my corner. Advising me on what I should and shouldn't be doing but also making me aware of the financial costs on a regular basis so I didn't insure any unexpected costs. I'm sure my estranged wife in hindsight wishes she had got Peter before me.

Gratitude for help and support
I would very much like to thank Peter Dadswell for all his support in helping me navigate throughout what has been an extremely stressful process. It is not a journey I chose to travel through, but from our first meeting to discuss my situation and having his honest, knowledgeable and guiding support throughout is something that I will never be able to thank him enough for.

Divorce/Finances and child arrangements
I always felt very comfortable with asking questions no matter how small to understand a difficult process.
Communications very good and i always felt comfortable throughout the process. Having a friendly understanding solicitor who showed empathy and kindness helped me lots with my struggles to understand what was expected of me.

Highly Recommend Peter Dadswell
I chose Acclaimed Family Law to represent me in child contact proceedings after I split from my ex-wife. They are a local firm and specialise in family law matters. Initially I had a complimentary face to face consultation with Mr Peter Dadswell. A highly experienced and rehearsed solicitor that attentively listened to my needs and guided me through a very difficult period in my life. He kindly highlighted approximate costs involved and a time frame for proceedings. Divorce Proceedings
I had Peter Dadswell highly recommended by a close friend who used Peter for her divorce. From our very first conversation he was reassuring and promised to keep costs down and act swiftly. All of this was absolutely true. His knowledge, professionalism and above all, his actual warmth and humanity won my trust from the out. What could have been an awful long drawn out and costly process, was dealt with incredibly swiftly, at low cost and with care and consideration.
