Despite various challenges that nearly derailed the process, they consistently worked hard and were communicative the entire time to get us over the finish line.

Sale of a bungalow.
The whole process of selling the bungalow was managed efficiently with the minimum of fuss and good advice throughout. Alan or a member of his team were always available to answer any questions that I had and promptly dealt with any communications. Very happy with the service and would certainly recommend and use the service again.

Quick, and reasonably priced.
Purchase and Sale done through Sills for a short chain of 4, completing within 5 months of agreeing the sale.
The team were very efficient and communicated with us well. The only suggestions I'd make to improve the overall performance: firstly the initial quotes and the completion statements didn't quite match, no doubt there were additional requirements or expenses identified and it doesn't worry us too much, but it would be nice if the line breakdown was the same format and any changes to the quote were advised during the process so that budgeting and checking final bill accuracy was easier; Lastly there was some tendenacy to rely on emails and assume understanding upstream and downstream of the chain. We could have made the transaction much more quickly had this been the case - though its worth saying their communication far exceeds the standard in the industry and we understood the larger picture in much greater detail than if we'd used another organisation.
