The easiest house to buy with everything ready to go took 6 months to complete and the solicitors kept on dragging, not communicating with my or the sellers and losing the signed paperwork. Do not recommend to ever use them again

Conveyancing - very thorough. Will not leave a stone unturned and will make sure everything is legal and all documents you'll ever need are obtained. Work fast and the very competitive price surprised me after I saw how much work was done.
