Sale of house
I found the whole experience easy and stress free. I was kept up to date 100% of the way and any issues I had were felt with by phone and backed up, where needed, by email.

Emma Tomlinson and Thomas were outstanding.
I have used Sills and Betteridge for the sale and purchase of two properties. Emma and Thomas were excellent! Very efficient, with great communication throughout. They certainly went the extra mile and kept me informed every step of the way. Can highly recommend!

House sell and buy
Excellent service from Sills Betteridge solicitors kept up to date throughout the process. Especially helpful staff Tom and Emma who made the stress of moving easy. Never used this company before but I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

We had plenty of problems during the sale of my parents out but Emma and Thomas sorted them out very well ,this was not a easy transaction to sort out but between us we got there in the end , great communication from both and easy to get in touch with thanks for all your help steve

Amazing!

Conveyancing
I found both Emma and her assistant Thomas very polite and helpful in helping me getting things sorted. Both of them went above/out of their way to make everything go through smoothly inspite of the stress at times. They were very helpful when it came to filling out forms and explained the stages as we went along. I would highly recommend them and would also go back to them in the future.

Efficient, friendly, good at dealing with estate agent madness!
The team at Sills and Betteridge were fantastic during our purchase. They were professional and friendly, kept us up to date with the process, and were happy to answer the questions of us first time buyers. They were timely with all documents and correspondences. They also dealt well with a long chain of difficult estate agents who badgered them and us excessively.
