Absolute joke, not professional organisation what so ever!
I filled in the enquiry online form and was ignored, after several weeks, still no response!
I called up and enquired about will writing on the telephone, I was booked an appointment for 2 weeks away, for a “free consultation”. The only thing the staff member told me in the “consultation” was the price, then just told me “I can go away and think about it”, I just had 2 weeks to think about it and now we’re supposed to be doing something about it! There was no guidance given on next steps, refused to answer any general questions like “how much time do you estimate this will take from me?” And how do we move forward.
It appears no information was passed from my first call to my second call, other than my phone number, rending the whole experience an overwhelming waste of time.

Excellent service from Elizabeth and Chloe who helped me through 3 conveyancing transactions (2 which fell through) as a first time buyer. Really responsive to any queries I had and they were great at communicating with the other parties involved. Would definitely use again in the future. Should be called the opposite of this name take way too long and let other parties take their time there's no time scale for anything I was told it woukd be done and dusted very quickly but over a year and a half later still ongoing I would hate to think what a lengthy process would be like wish I had gone elsewhere now
