Legal Practice Experience
For the uninitiated, the experience of navigating the law and how it is interpreted and practiced can be quite daunting. Megan guided me through the various elements to ensure a successful conclusion to my issue.
Megan was empathetic and supportive, always willing to explain and deal professionally with some difficult decisions I needed to resolve. She is engaging and has excellent interpersonal skills.

Everything we needed to know was fully explained in normal ‘English” and not legal jargon. Extra bits added to the wills that we didn’t know about. Appointments easy to make and at times that were good for us. We were kept updated along the way

We instructed BEST Solicitors in October to deal with the sale of a flat and the purchase of a house. We used BEST Solicitors off the back of a recommendation from our estate agent and I had professionally worked with the firm in the past in a previous job role. I found the firm to be proactive and have a good reputation so when they were recommended, we compared 3 firms and the quotes, Although not the cheapest for conveyancing, I will say they got us over the completion line on both in just over 2 months, and considering the workloads they must have I think is pretty good going!. We found the firm to be proactive, responsive (Which is always great as a client! you don't want to be chasing!) Overall we were pleased with the service. Special mention to Bethan Harrison and Kerrie Neath who worked on our cases, They were both very professional and thorough.

Absolute joke, not professional organisation what so ever!
I filled in the enquiry online form and was ignored, after several weeks, still no response!
I called up and enquired about will writing on the telephone, I was booked an appointment for 2 weeks away, for a “free consultation”. The only thing the staff member told me in the “consultation” was the price, then just told me “I can go away and think about it”, I just had 2 weeks to think about it and now we’re supposed to be doing something about it! There was no guidance given on next steps, refused to answer any general questions like “how much time do you estimate this will take from me?” And how do we move forward.
It appears no information was passed from my first call to my second call, other than my phone number, rending the whole experience an overwhelming waste of time.

Excellent service from Elizabeth and Chloe who helped me through 3 conveyancing transactions (2 which fell through) as a first time buyer. Really responsive to any queries I had and they were great at communicating with the other parties involved. Would definitely use again in the future. Should be called the opposite of this name take way too long and let other parties take their time there's no time scale for anything I was told it woukd be done and dusted very quickly but over a year and a half later still ongoing I would hate to think what a lengthy process would be like wish I had gone elsewhere now
