Great service buying and selling!
We have just completed on our house sale and the whole process has been made very easy thanks to Steph at BEST Solicitors. From the very beginning Steph kept us very well informed, and was very quick to respond to emails and very quick to turn round anything needed. Would recommend Steph and BEST to anyone in the area, and we will certainly use them in the future!

Amazing !
Steph is so amazing. We only bought our property at the end of Jan and briefly mentioned to Steph that if we could complete before stamp duty goes up then we would love to be appreciated this was unrealistic… lo and behold she managed to get it all through before stamp duty went up. she kept us updated the whole time and was so lovely whilst doing so! Would 100000% recommend!

A testing divorce
I hired Sarah to take me through my divorce which should have been quick and easy. This finished up taking over 2 years. Throughout all of this process Sarah was with me every step of the way, keeping me updated and giving me good advice on how best to move forward.
Sarah went above and beyond on a few very upsetting times for me which showed she is genuinely a caring and empathetic person. I couldn't have wished for a better solicitor to take me through such testing times.

Great but some minor issues
Overall we were pleased with Best solicitors, and Stephanie was very good. Having several offices however did cause some issues with communication and several instances of delays in passing documents between locations. One of the better groups we have dealt with.

Absolute joke, not professional organisation what so ever!
I filled in the enquiry online form and was ignored, after several weeks, still no response!
I called up and enquired about will writing on the telephone, I was booked an appointment for 2 weeks away, for a “free consultation”. The only thing the staff member told me in the “consultation” was the price, then just told me “I can go away and think about it”, I just had 2 weeks to think about it and now we’re supposed to be doing something about it! There was no guidance given on next steps, refused to answer any general questions like “how much time do you estimate this will take from me?” And how do we move forward.
It appears no information was passed from my first call to my second call, other than my phone number, rending the whole experience an overwhelming waste of time.
